Prep & Handling

In a sauce pan, melt butter over low heat. Briefly remove from heat, gradually add milk, whisk in sauce mix and return to medium heat. Continue whisking until all lumps are dissolved. Bring to a simmer or low boil while whisking frequently until sauce is smooth and thickened. Remove from heat and serve.24oz of Mix to 1.5 Gallons Milk and 4.5lb Butter Yields 2.5 Gallons. 12 oz Mix, 3/4 Gallon Milk and 2.25 lb butter yields 1.25 Gallons. 6oz mix, 1.5 quarts milk and 1.13lb butter yields 2.5 quarts.
